All event photography packages include press, sponsor, and promotional image usage for event-related marketing. Images may be used to promote events, venues, performers, and organisers across websites, social media platforms, press releases, digital publications, and printed promotional materials. The photographer retains full copyright of all images. Any commercial photography usage beyond event promotion, including advertising campaigns, third party brand use, resale, or extended licensing, requires a separate photography licence and written agreement.
PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHY – IMAGE USAGE & LICENSING All portrait photography sessions include personal usage rights for the client. Images may be used on personal websites, social media platforms, online portfolios, and for personal branding purposes. The photographer retains full copyright of all images. Any commercial photography usage, including business advertising, paid promotions, third-party marketing, resale, or extended commercial use, requires a separate photography licence and written agreement.
WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY – IMAGE USAGE & LICENSING Wedding photography services include personal usage rights for the couple. Images may be shared with family and friends, used on personal websites, and posted on social media. The photographer retains full copyright of all wedding images. Any commercial use, including venue marketing, supplier advertising, publication, resale, or third-party marketing, requires a separate licensing agreement and prior written consent.
